Hungry Eyes

Etosha NP, Namibia

Limited Edition of 100

The cheetah was engrossed in his meal. Although only an adolescent, he still had the speed and skill to take down prey alongside his brother. I came upon this cheetah and his brother in the early morning after they had already begun their meal. I was disappointed I didn’t get to see these beautiful mammals on the hunt, but marveled at the grace they maintained while lying down to eat. Capturing the scene, I pulled out my 600mm lens and focused in on the meal. In that moment, one of the brothers looked up directly in to my eyes. I snapped down the shutter and the fleeting moment was gone. Photo © copyright by Ted Davis.

Acrylic Glass Mounted Print, Ready to Hang

Acrylic Glass Mounted Print, Ready to Hang

This is the premier presentation system for bringing detail, color and tonal range to life in a way that traditional photo framing cannot. In this process the face of the image is mounted to a 1/4" crystal clear acrylic, creating the depth and bold color gamut that is so compelling. An Aluminum subframe is then bonded to the back of the image, giving the feeling of a floating image. Your Acrylic Glass Mounted Print comes ready to hang with all the necessary hardware. (more info)
