Firenze
Florence, Italy
Limited Edition of 100
Setting up in the go-to location for sunsets overlooking Florence (Piazza Michelangelo), I was graced with the most beautiful sky as the sun slowly descended over the course of a few hours. Snapping shot after shop, it wasn’t until the sun was finally hidden over the horizon that the lights of the city came alive! As the reflections along the Arno grew stronger, the lights of Il Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio flashed on. I rapidly stashed my landscape lens and brought out my long lens – I was determined to capture a massive panoramic from Duomo to Ponte Vecchio. As time slowly shifted from sunset to the blue hour, lights began to flicker on in homes across the city, providing just enough of a glow to generate a beautiful contrast to the massive medieval monuments. This is the Firenze, the birthplace of the Renaissance – 700 years later. Photo © copyright by Ted Davis.

Acrylic Glass Mounted Print, Ready to Hang
This is the premier presentation system for bringing detail, color and tonal range to life in a way that traditional photo framing cannot. In this process the face of the image is mounted to a 1/4" crystal clear acrylic, creating the depth and bold color gamut that is so compelling. An Aluminum subframe is then bonded to the back of the image, giving the feeling of a floating image. Your Acrylic Glass Mounted Print comes ready to hang with all the necessary hardware. (more info)
